The Wage Parity benefits are provided in the form of a Debit Card for Fringe Benefits. All your earned benefits funds are uploaded on a debit card at the end of each month and can be used for the benefits listed below. The benefits are not taxable, so there will be no income tax deductions.
You will receive the full amount based on your hours and eligibility. Funds that are accumulated are carried over from year to year, and will not be cancelled even after you leave your employer. These funds are earned wages.
MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT (FSA)
This Medical Reimbursement Account enables employees to pay for unreimbursed medical, dental, and vision care. The IRS allows up to $500 of unused funds to be rolled over to the subsequent plan year. We also expand this offering for all employees who wish to contribute up to $2,700 into this account via a pre‐tax payroll deduction.
